Develop, test, and maintain backend services for a high-performance real-time bidding engine. Responsibilities include implementing features, debugging issues, optimizing latency and throughput, integrating advertising platforms through APIs and messaging systems, and participating in code reviews. The role offers mentorship while building expertise in backend engineering, distributed systems, and programmatic advertising.

Build and optimize large-scale, low-latency machine learning systems spanning data pipelines, model training, serving, monitoring, and analysis. Collaborate with data scientists, research scientists, software engineers, and business teams to productionize models, measure impact, resolve bottlenecks, evaluate technologies, and support systems handling billions of daily requests.

Supports HR operations and administration through record maintenance, onboarding documentation, employee file management, office coordination, asset and stationery tracking, vendor follow-ups, and team engagement activities. The intern will assist with internal events, announcements, culture initiatives, and general administrative tasks while gaining practical experience working alongside the HR team.
