Develops leadership and behavioral learning content by analyzing stakeholder needs, researching client contexts, applying adult learning principles, and creating courses, exercises, assessments, case studies, reading materials, and instructor notes. The role manages stakeholder sign-offs, collaborates with internal teams, maintains content repositories, tracks feedback, and improves learning solutions using feedback and metrics.

Manages customer learning programs from onboarding through delivery, providing administrative, technical, and LMS support. Coordinates with customers, faculty, and internal teams to resolve issues, track training activities, communicate updates, and maintain high service levels. Generates reports on participation and engagement, evaluates feedback, and identifies improvements to learning programs. Maintains project documentation and ensures timely, accurate reporting.
