Processes and coordinates customer bid requests, formats pricing documents, completes company information sections, submits responses on schedule, maintains bid logs and databases, and supports pricing activities. Communicates with sales, operations, billing, and customers to resolve pricing-related needs. Requires strong organization, communication, analytical, mathematical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, plus billing or customer accounts experience.

Provide customer service for freight transportation accounts by entering and updating load information, resolving shipment issues, balancing freight capacity, monitoring loads, and communicating pickup or delivery updates. The role requires strong telephone and time-management skills, accurate data entry, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment on a rotating four-days-on, four-days-off schedule.

Administers employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, leave, insurance, and wellness plans. Handles employee inquiries, carrier invoices, medical support orders, benefit deductions, arrears, compliance notices, data feeds, vendor relationships, and unemployment claims. Maintains accurate records, supports regulatory compliance, improves benefits processes, and communicates plan information to employees and stakeholders.
