Knight Transportation Benefits Overview

Analyze and administer compensation programs, salary structures, pay plans, and compensation budgets. Conduct market and internal equity analyses, participate in salary surveys, maintain job descriptions, support compensation planning tools, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborate with HR business partners, HRIS teams, managers, and business leaders while improving data integrity and compensation processes.

Audits and validates accounts payable invoices, verifies coding and payment accuracy, researches discrepancies and unpaid invoices, resolves workflow issues, communicates with vendors and company personnel, processes invoices, supports corporate card audits, monitors workflow queues, and contributes to process improvement and automation initiatives.

Provides customer service for transportation accounts by entering and monitoring freight loads, resolving pickup and delivery issues, tracing shipments, maintaining accurate customer information, and balancing freight capacity. The role requires strong telephone communication, time management, teamwork, and an associate degree or equivalent experience. Monday through Friday, 8 PM–5 AM shift.
