The Human Resources Generalist supports HR operations across multiple warehouse sites, advising leaders on employee relations, performance, compliance, onboarding, engagement, retention, payroll accuracy, benefits enrollment, and change management. The role maintains HRIS records, prepares workforce reports, resolves employee concerns, and ensures compliance with employment laws. Based in Orlando, Florida, it requires approximately 40% travel to sites in Florida and Alabama.

Oversee warehouse area operations, staffing, scheduling, productivity, safety, quality, and fulfillment performance. Lead supervisors and team development, implement strategic plans, manage change, analyze operational reports, ensure compliance with warehouse policies, and address associate, customer, and supplier concerns. The role promotes continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability while managing WMS and other warehouse technologies.

Leads a small infrastructure team and oversees daily operations, architecture, resiliency, lifecycle management, and roadmap development for on-premises and cloud environments. Manages servers, virtualization, storage, backup, Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, security, change management, disaster recovery, infrastructure costs, managed-service partners, and acquisition integrations. Provides escalation support, root-cause analysis, and strategic planning for warehouse and corporate operations.
