Leads end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment solution design, auditable costing, pricing support, and network capacity planning for 3PL opportunities. Develops operational models, facility layouts, labor and capital requirements, pricing scenarios, and implementation handoff packages. Validates assumptions after go-live, maintains capacity dashboards and standardized methodologies, and supervises a Pricing Analyst. Partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Projects to protect margins and ensure solutions are executable.

Leads daily warehouse operations, coordinating associates across picking, packing, put-away, inventory, and shipping. Assigns work, monitors productivity, provides coaching, supports training, conducts inventory checks, reports discrepancies, and enforces safety and quality standards. Works with warehouse leadership to meet shipment deadlines and operational goals in a 3PL environment. The role is hands-on in a warehouse setting and may require lifting up to 50 pounds, extended hours, and occasional travel for training or nearby-site support.

Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, compliance, controls, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end and year-end close processes. Manage cash flow, FP&A support, tax reporting, and financial analysis for a 3PL organization. Lead and develop accounting staff, collaborate with company leadership and external auditors, and provide financial guidance related to warehousing operations, pricing, RFPs, and parent-company reporting.
