Administer employee lifecycle changes, maintain accurate People data and records in Workday, respond to employee and manager queries, support HR processes such as benefits and early careers administration, produce reports, and contribute to People Operations projects and change initiatives.

Supports global residential public relations through media pitching, journalist relationship management, press materials, media enquiries, agency coordination, press trips, coverage monitoring, reporting, and database administration. Collaborates with research, residential, marketing, communications, and international teams to identify opportunities and amplify content across UK and international media. Requires strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and interest in property markets and current affairs.

Manage residential tenancy progression from offer acceptance through move-in. Coordinate referencing, due diligence, AML and Right to Rent checks, tenancy documentation, deposits, inventories, appointments, rent setup, and compliance records. Maintain communication with landlords, tenants, negotiators, and internal teams while resolving issues, managing expectations, and ensuring accurate, timely, and legally compliant transactions. Mandarin is mandatory; Cantonese is desirable.
