The role requires standby and emergency availability.

Plans and executes festive campaigns, promotions, events, flea markets, bazaars, and roadshows for a retail mall. Coordinates tenants, vendors, exhibitors, and external partners; manages registrations, booth allocation, event setup, and on-site operations. Supports social media content, promotional materials, budgets, merchandise, and equipment. Monitors campaign performance, prepares reports, and ensures activities meet mall requirements and drive foot traffic and revenue.
