Provides comprehensive office administration, including travel and vehicle coordination, supplies procurement, mail, meetings, hospitality, facilities, events, reception, director support, calendar management, minutes, and expense processing. The role requires strong organization, communication, IT, multitasking, discretion, and initiative, along with a valid UK driving licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Leads manufacturing operations to deliver products safely, on schedule, within quality and cost targets. Responsibilities include supervising teams, resource and competency planning, schedule recovery, KPI reporting, quality-system compliance, health and safety, employee welfare and performance reviews, equipment maintenance planning, shift communications, and continuous improvement. Requires manufacturing or engineering qualifications, supervisory experience, IOSH or NEBOSH certification, SAP and MRP knowledge, and experience in aerospace, automotive, or similar engineering environments.

Manage site-wide safety, health, and environmental compliance, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, inspections, reporting, contractor oversight, and continuous improvement. The role advises senior leadership, liaises with regulators and certification bodies, chairs the Safety Committee, and promotes a proactive safety culture across manufacturing operations.
