Leads the software development team’s organizational and disciplinary activities, coordinates project assignments, monitors milestones, costs, resources, and deadlines, and ensures adherence to development processes. The role coordinates with developers and technical leads, escalates risks, conducts assessments and interviews, manages schedules and time off, reports project status, and supports continuous improvement. Moderate travel is required for development integration reviews and project evaluations.

Supports project managers with financial forecasting, project records, risk and opportunity assessments, contract and change-order reconciliation, billings, revenue recognition, monthly close, reporting, and cost allocation. Ensures compliance with commercial guidelines, improves project reporting, and helps optimize profitability, cash flow, and assets. Requires finance or accounting experience, SAP proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities.

Provides software-focused operational support for automated warehouse systems. Monitors KiSoft production environments, triages incidents, performs service-restoration actions, coordinates on-site and support resources, escalates issues, communicates system status, maintains incident documentation, manages recurring problem tickets, and prepares reports.
