The Implementation Manager drives customer onboarding and ensures successful use of Knak’s platform, focusing on adoption, project management, and relationship building with clients.

Manage day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding/offboarding, HRIS and records, employee relations, compliance, recruitment support, employer branding, internal communications, events, and continuous process improvements using AI and automation.

Support the CEO by managing time, meetings, communications, and personal administration. Drive accountability and ensure commitments are executed efficiently, enhancing productivity and clarity across the organization.
