Designs and manages scalable cloud infrastructure, IaC, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, monitoring, security, and automation across Azure and AWS. The role improves deployment reliability, troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues, controls cloud spending, performs root cause analysis, and participates in on-call support while collaborating with development teams.

Lead product and design teams to define and execute product vision, multi-year roadmap, and KPIs for an enterprise SaaS platform. Build product organization, drive discovery, customer research, and cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and leadership to deliver user-centric, data-driven products.

Hunt and qualify new business across the UK and Europe for SaaS knowledge management and AI automation products. Conduct cold outreach, discovery calls, and pipeline building, hand off qualified opportunities to Sales Executives, and track activity in the CRM. Participate in training and develop product and market knowledge.
