Leads HR activities in Israel and manages a global HR team during a 12-month maternity leave replacement. Partners with the CEO and leadership on people strategy, organizational development, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, engagement, culture, wellbeing, and retention. The role requires hands-on execution, senior stakeholder partnership, and support for employees and managers across multiple international locations.

Designs and manages scalable cloud infrastructure, IaC, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, monitoring, security, and automation across Azure and AWS. The role improves deployment reliability, troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues, controls cloud spending, performs root cause analysis, and participates in on-call support while collaborating with development teams.
