Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and field positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding support, candidate communication, ATS maintenance, and recruiting metrics. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams, build candidate pipelines, support employer branding and recruiting events, ensure compliance with employment laws, and improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Oversee daily apartment community operations, address resident concerns, collect rent, market the property, lead site staff, manage budgets, support lease-up activities, and provide excellent customer service. The role requires property management experience, tax credit knowledge, leadership ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain a company-funded Real Estate Salesperson License.

Oversee daily operations of the apartment community, handle resident concerns and rent collection, market the community, manage site staff, maintain budgets, and deliver superior customer service to ensure resident satisfaction.
