Oversee daily operations of an apartment community, including resident relations, rent collection, marketing, budgeting, and site staff leadership. The role requires property management experience, HUD and LIHTC knowledge or certifications, customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. The manager must be able to obtain a company-funded Real Estate Salesperson License. DHCD familiarity is helpful but not required.
