Coordinates company sales meetings, schedules and tracks meetings, and arranges travel logistics including hotels, flights, and car rentals. Performs additional administrative duties while supporting the Human Resources Department. Requires business or administrative experience or a relevant associate degree, computer proficiency, phone communication skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions. This is an on-site, Monday-through-Friday role.

Responsible for managing customer relationships, cold calling and prospecting within an assigned territory, demonstrating products, growing a book of business, meeting sales quotas, planning customer visits, and maintaining accurate sales activity records. The role requires travel between customer and company locations within the assigned geographic area, use of a personal device under the company’s BYOD policy, and execution of an employment agreement.

Supports compensation transactions, inquiries, job changes, HRIS updates, sales compensation plans, quota adjustments, audits, reporting, approvals, and annual compensation planning. Maintains confidential employee information and provides administrative support for compensation programs. The role requires accurate data handling, customer service, attention to detail, and adherence to established procedures. This is an onsite position in Columbus, Ohio, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
