The Senior Software Engineer will build and optimize LLM-powered agents, improve workflows, evaluate systems, and lead technical decisions while ensuring customer-focused outcomes in production environments.

Lead end-to-end win/loss/churn research programs: onboard customers, conduct high-signal interviews, analyze findings, and deliver actionable reports. Train and tune AI interviewers, improve workflows, partner with customers and CSMs to drive renewal and expansion, and scale research through AI while preserving human-led high-trust conversations.

The Senior Visual Designer at Klue will own the end-to-end user experience, collaborate cross-functionally, conduct research, and create high-quality visuals while using AI tools for design enhancement.
