Lead design and delivery of LLM-powered agent and retrieval systems: build backend retrieval pipelines, orchestration and evaluation frameworks, optimize ranking and latency, integrate vector DBs and cloud infrastructure, collaborate with product and data teams, and drive production readiness for search and agentic workflows.

Lead and operate Klue's SDR team: set quotas and processes, hire and onboard reps, coach for performance, run outreach tooling, partner on targeting and talk tracks, and proactively flag pipeline risks to meet quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.
