Design patient-specific surgical products (guides, implants, splints, models) using CT scans and CAD/3D modeling tools. Collaborate with surgeons and internal teams to capture technical requirements, follow regulatory and internal guidelines, maintain patient case files, and participate in testing and validation while building competence to advance to IPS Designer I.

Learn and perform IPS planning tasks: communicate technical information to surgeons, simulate surgeries, assist in custom medical implant design, run verification tests, maintain patient case files, and coordinate across production, sales, and product teams.

Lead brand and product marketing for medical device portfolio: develop positioning, integrated campaigns, digital and content strategy, regulatory‑aligned promotional materials, events, and manage a graphics/marketing team and external agencies to drive awareness and engagement.
