Lead earthworks and underground utility projects from award to closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, contracts, subcontractors and client/stakeholder communications while mitigating risk and ensuring project profitability.

Supervise scalehouse staff and operations while handling office billing, invoicing, collections, purchase orders, and month-end tasks. Weigh vehicles, enter data into the scaling system, verify loads, process transactions, and provide customer service in an industrial setting.

Coordinates multiple civil construction projects from startup through closeout. Supports scheduling, cost and quantity tracking, billing, forecasting, RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, submittals, permits, meetings, subcontractor coordination, material deliveries, risk identification, and project documentation. Works closely with project managers, field teams, clients, suppliers, consultants, and regulatory bodies to maintain schedules, resolve issues, and ensure field teams have necessary information and resources.
