Supervise and train sanitation personnel, maintain cleaning schedules, verify equipment and facility cleanliness, conduct environmental testing, support food safety meetings, and maintain the SQF Food Safety Manual. The role also requires reporting food safety concerns, coordinating sanitation activities, and lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds.
