Supports the Sales and Marketing Department by onboarding customers, maintaining account and product data, processing orders and credit applications, coordinating freight and deliveries, reviewing transportation charges, and communicating with customers and business partners. Assists with trade shows, product demonstrations, sampling programs, export documentation, customer portals, sales calendars, and special projects while ensuring accurate order fulfillment and customer information.

Designs, programs, troubleshoots, maintains, and improves PLC, HMI, robotics, and industrial automation systems supporting manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include equipment commissioning, controls project management, electrical documentation, root cause analysis, reliability improvement, vendor coordination, maintenance support, technical training, and compliance with safety and food manufacturing standards.

Manages employee training and development programs, including onboarding, orientation, safety and food safety training, leadership development, training materials, skill progression records, and performance updates. Assesses organizational training needs, facilitates training sessions, supports supervisors with production training, maintains HRIS and personnel records, and ensures training content remains accurate and effective.
