Own Klim’s end-to-end finance function, including HGB-compliant accounting, monthly and annual close, financial operations, invoicing, payments, cash management, statutory reporting, tax coordination, audits, controlling, management reporting, and finance process automation. The role also manages a working student and drives AI-enabled improvements to create an efficient, accurate, and scalable finance setup.

Own and translate regenerative arable agronomy into scalable digital products and decision-support tools. Validate agronomic models, review datasets and literature, support farmer validation, advise cross-functional teams, contribute to product roadmap, and support market expansion. May include leading and managing the agronomy team depending on experience.

Lead and scale partner channels and marketplace relationships to drive revenue from partner-sourced carbon credits. Manage full sales cycle, design partnership structures, onboard and enable intermediaries, run joint business planning, and collaborate cross-functionally. Monitor metrics in CRM, stay current on carbon market standards, and represent Klim at industry events to generate leads and activate partners.
