Manage full sales cycle, design partnership structures, onboard and enable intermediaries, run joint business planning, and collaborate cross-functionally. Monitor metrics in CRM, stay current on carbon market standards, and represent Klim at industry events to generate leads and activate partners.

The Senior Certification Specialist will oversee certification processes to ensure compliance with international standards, manage project documentation, and improve internal workflows in regenerative agriculture.
