Klim Benefits Overview

Own Klim’s end-to-end product design across farmer and partner journeys, delivering complex interaction and visual design. Build and govern an AI-augmented design process, canonical design system, engineering handoff standards, and quality checks. Partner with engineering to improve UI reuse and reduce rework, conduct research and experimentation, and coach product managers and designers. The role combines 60% hands-on design with 40% process, systems, and team enablement.

Own Klim’s end-to-end finance function, including HGB-compliant accounting, monthly and annual close, financial operations, invoicing, payments, cash management, statutory reporting, tax coordination, audits, controlling, management reporting, and finance process automation. The role also manages a working student and drives AI-enabled improvements to create an efficient, accurate, and scalable finance setup.

Lead and scale partner channels and marketplace relationships to drive revenue from partner-sourced carbon credits. Manage full sales cycle, design partnership structures, onboard and enable intermediaries, run joint business planning, and collaborate cross-functionally. Monitor metrics in CRM, stay current on carbon market standards, and represent Klim at industry events to generate leads and activate partners.
