Develops strategic creative concepts and art direction for healthcare and pharmaceutical brands, guiding work from initial concept through final execution. Collaborates with copy, client services, medical, regulatory, science, and production teams to create accurate, integrated campaigns across channels. Presents concepts to clients, directs designers and production partners, applies production and licensing standards, and mentors junior creatives while ensuring work meets strategic goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
