Develop and execute product strategies, annual plans, and three-year product life-cycle plans for assigned product lines. Lead launches, modifications, promotions, pricing, competitive analysis, market research, and portfolio decisions. Analyze product performance, budgets, forecasts, and growth opportunities while coordinating cross-functional teams and mentoring product management staff. Serve as a product and market expert through customer and field engagement, spending approximately 10% of time in the field.

Leads mechanical product design, development, improvement, testing, and sustaining activities for new and existing tools. Manages multiple complex projects, timelines, feasibility studies, design documentation, FEA analysis, vendor coordination, and cross-functional technical development. Presents engineering and financial recommendations to stakeholders, mentors engineers, supports new product development processes, and collaborates with Product Management to deliver customer-focused products. Requires international travel as needed.

Provides manufacturing engineering support for process design, documentation, automation, tooling, CNC programming, robotics, equipment selection, and facility improvements. Analyzes manufacturing issues, identifies root causes, implements corrective actions, creates engineering drawings, supports lean manufacturing initiatives, and trains manufacturing staff. The role spends approximately 70% of its time on the production floor and collaborates across departments to improve quality, reliability, throughput, and cost.
