Leads electrical design and development for moderately complex products, including schematic capture, circuit simulation, PCB layout oversight, power electronics, testing, validation, and root cause analysis. Defines electrical specifications, leads design reviews, manages build logistics and component changes, supports manufacturing test strategies, mitigates EMC/ESD risks, and mentors junior engineers. Collaborates with systems engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining documentation, schedules, and design standards.

Designs, develops, improves, and sustains products within a phase-gate development framework. Supports feasibility studies, engineering analysis, project timelines, testing, supplier coordination, presentations, and cross-functional product development. Manages multiple low- to medium-complexity projects with guidance from senior engineers and managers while addressing design issues, tracking project metrics, and aligning product outcomes with customer and organizational requirements. International travel is required as needed.

Manage regional sales activities, quotas, distributor and contractor relationships, account strategies, customer prospecting, trade show participation, and revenue growth across NC, SC, and Virginia. Conduct job-site visits, maintain CRM records, support national account planning, implement sales programs, protect margins, and report results to management.
