Document physician notes and procedures in the EMR, assist physicians during eye examinations and in-office procedures, perform ocular measurements and imaging (pupil size, corneal topography, fundus photos, OCT), e-prescribe, triage calls, prepare exam rooms, coordinate surgical and front-desk communication, and support positive patient experiences.

Greet and assist patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, check patients in/out, collect payments, process insurance billing, enter CPT/ICD-10 codes, and prepare daily deposits while providing excellent patient communication and customer service.
