Manages software engineering projects and teams, ensuring timely delivery and removing roadblocks. Serves as a liaison between business and development teams, communicates goals, manages budgets, and supports recruitment and onboarding. Coaches, mentors, trains, and evaluates software developers while providing performance feedback. Collaborates across departments and contributes to hiring and compensation decisions.

Reviews and codes litigation documents for relevance, confidentiality, responsiveness, and privilege using electronic review platforms. Performs quality control checks, assists with privilege and redaction logs, follows detailed project instructions, meets accuracy and productivity expectations, and works independently in a secure remote environment. Requires an active U.S. law license, Rhode Island residency, reliable availability, appropriate computer equipment, secure high-speed internet, and strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Provides high-level executive support to the CEO and leadership team, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, confidential matters, and follow-through. Writes and edits executive and company-wide communications, coordinates all-hands and leadership events, prepares Board materials, and supports change communications. Improves executive-office workflows using Microsoft 365, AI tools, templates, trackers, and repeatable processes.
