Contract attorneys will perform on-site document review, legal research, draft memoranda, assist with discovery, and possibly defend depositions. Requires strong legal writing and bar admission in New York. Assignment is contract-based for several months (up to one year) with competitive hourly pay and potential extension.

Tasks include privilege, confidentiality, and responsiveness coding, QC checks, privilege/redaction log assistance, and meeting pace and accuracy targets while working independently in a secure home office on temporary project assignments.
