Executes eDiscovery analytics and AI-assisted workflows in Relativity and related platforms, including TAR, continuous active learning, generative AI classifiers, validation sampling, statistics, and structured analytics. Maintains accurate matter records, tracking, time entries, audit trails, and quality controls. Provides weekend coverage, monitors request queues, supports deadline-driven projects, documents handoffs, and escalates sensitive issues. The role includes structured training and progression toward an eDiscovery consultant track.

Leads client-facing eDiscovery matters involving TAR, continuous active learning, generative AI review, and structured analytics. Responsibilities include scoping approaches with counsel, designing workflows in Relativity or Nebula, executing and validating results, presenting findings, supporting sales pursuits, developing playbooks, and mentoring technologists. Requires deep eDiscovery expertise, validation statistics knowledge, hands-on AI-assisted review experience, Relativity proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven matters.

Manage eDiscovery projects for Japanese-speaking law firms, corporations, and organizations. Lead client meetings, gather and translate requirements between Japanese clients and global Operations teams, manage schedules, budgets, scope, workflows, escalations, and deliverables, and provide status reporting. Advise on Japanese-language data, APPI, cross-border data transfers, and legal document review. Coordinate international teams, demonstrate solutions, and ensure client satisfaction across litigation, regulatory, and investigation matters.
