The Growth Marketer will develop and execute demand generation strategies, optimizing campaigns using AI tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth for Kizen's AI platform.

Lead and deliver enterprise transformation projects in regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, financial services). Own consulting methodology, solution architecture, integrations, change management, BRDs, and program delivery while building and scaling the Consulting practice and driving customer value and upsell.

Build and scale backend systems and user-facing features for an AI-first platform. Ship LLM-enabled production features, ensure reliability and test coverage, troubleshoot incidents, collaborate with product and frontend teams, and iteratively improve nondeterministic components using experimental methods.
