The Associate Production Designer creates and prepares print-ready files for product collateral, labels, packaging, and other product graphics. Responsibilities include executing page compositions, mechanical files, revisions, proofing, asset library maintenance, simple illustration edits, and photo retouching. The role collaborates with sourcing, graphic design, product design, editorial, and other cross-functional teams while maintaining brand consistency, accuracy, and deadlines across multiple projects.

Lead KiwiCo’s DTC and Amazon eCommerce businesses, owning site merchandising, product assortment, pricing, promotions, launches, and the online shopping experience. Develop merchandising and product roadmap plans using customer and market insights, coordinate integrated marketing calendars, and drive growth programs. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sourcing, Marketing, Finance, Creative, Analytics, and Operations while reporting performance to executive leadership and improving customer acquisition, retention, and margins.
