Own the technical delivery of customer implementations, including environment provisioning, configuration, troubleshooting, data migrations, and technical support. Translate customer requirements into system configurations, resolve issues, and coordinate escalations with Engineering and Product. Build AI-powered tools, scripts, and skills to improve implementation efficiency, while documenting solutions and best practices. The role is hybrid in Portland and requires strong customer communication, technical fluency, and three or more years of implementation or solutions engineering experience.

Lead strategy, build and run Kivo's partner program across software vendors and service providers. Source, structure, and close integrations and commercial partnerships, align GTM and product roadmaps with partners, manage relationships, and drive measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer outcomes while representing Kivo externally.
