Own and evolve platform infrastructure to improve CI/CD reliability, observability, security, and cost-efficiency across AWS/GCP and EKS. Implement IaC (Pulumi/TypeScript), build dashboards/alerts, harden access and secrets handling, and enable developer self-service.

Lead and grow the engineering organization: manage individual contributors and team leads, improve development processes and delivery predictability, align engineering capacity with product and marketing, influence technical architecture, and drive people standards and career development while reporting to the CTO.

Lead end-to-end design for Kittl's core product areas, drive initiatives, improve design quality, and develop user-centered features while collaborating with PMs and Engineering.

You will own end-to-end design for one of Kittl's core products, influencing user experiences and leading complex features alongside PM and Engineering.
