The Operations Associate handles merchandise flow, ensures product availability, maintains cleanliness, and provides customer service, working closely with store leadership.

The Associate Merchandise Planner analyzes sales, inventory, and demand trends to support open-to-buy planning, forecasting, assortment planning, inventory flow, and markdown strategies. The role monitors stock across e-commerce and stores, produces business reports, manages warehouse projections, and partners with buying, merchandising, operations, and logistics teams to improve sales, margins, and inventory performance.

Manages the e-commerce customer service team, overseeing offshore representatives, KPIs, capacity, workflows, reporting, customer issue resolution, refunds, order processing, carrier claims, and cross-functional improvements. Analyzes customer feedback and recurring issues, maintains knowledge resources, supports new initiatives, and collaborates with leadership and internal teams to optimize customer experience across chat, app, social, phone, and email channels.
