Support planning and execution of brand events, store installations, and experiential activations. Manage vendor sourcing, bids, contracts, logistics, on-site coordination, production schedules, budgets, invoices, event calendars, and asset cataloging while collaborating with Marketing, Retail, Content, Visual Merchandising, and Design. Travel and flexible hours required.

Provide best-in-class in-store customer service and act as a brand ambassador. Build and maintain client relationships, support management and visual teams, assist with inventory and operational tasks, execute visual initiatives and cycle counts, and perform standard retail duties including housekeeping and merchandising to drive sales.

Lead and coach the sales team to deliver elevated in-store experiences, support daily store operations, and execute customer engagement initiatives. Provide floor leadership, real-time coaching, assist with merchandising, inventory, events, and ensure operational consistency and brand standards. Maintain a welcoming, organized store environment and support managers in their absence.
