Develop scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks, optimize performance, resolve bugs and vulnerabilities, maintain security documentation, implement automated testing, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and mentor junior developers and interns. The role also includes architecture, code reviews, cross-functional communication, and prioritizing development work aligned with business goals.

Provide first-line technical support to customers and reseller partners through email, phone, and live chat. Troubleshoot cloud SaaS and physical hardware issues, guide onboarding and product adoption, create knowledge-base documentation, manage support tickets and SLAs, analyze support metrics, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams on customer feedback and feature requests.
