As a Senior Product Manager, you will own product strategy and execution, collaborate across teams, and drive product quality and adoption in an AI-focused environment.

Provide on-site support and training across El Salvador schools, troubleshoot devices, connectivity, and accounts, manage the WhatsApp support queue, coach users toward self-sufficiency, gather and triage field feedback to content and product teams, and help scale the rollout from dozens to hundreds of schools.

Own a product domain end-to-end: define strategy, roadmaps, and specs; collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM; ship features rapidly; use data and user research to prioritize; iterate on adoption and quality; drive experimentation and cross-functional alignment.
