Lead Kira’s AI education deployment in El Salvador by training government and school users, demonstrating and testing new features, gathering and prioritizing feedback, translating documentation, supporting pilots, and coordinating rollout activities. The role serves as the bridge between product teams and Spanish-speaking stakeholders, requiring strong presentation, structured problem-solving, adaptability, and frequent collaboration with government, education, and product teams.

Own Kira’s revenue operations foundation across forecasting, pipeline management, GTM planning, CRM architecture, lead routing, lifecycle operations, deal desk, quota and commissions. Administer HubSpot and integrated GTM tools, build dashboards and board reporting, improve data quality, and establish scalable renewal and post-sale processes. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executives to strengthen revenue visibility and execution.

Build and manage Kira’s operational infrastructure across business operations, reporting, compliance, vendor and spend management, budgeting, and corporate projects. Responsibilities include preparing board and investor materials, supporting fundraising and due diligence, running the SOC 2 program, managing privacy and security reviews, overseeing vendors and procurement, partnering on financial planning, and implementing company-wide processes.
