Validate SSD functionality, performance, reliability, and server integration in a datacenter lab. Responsibilities include developing test plans, configuring server and network environments, conducting electrical and signal analysis, troubleshooting hardware and firmware issues, analyzing logs and traces, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to improve validation coverage, automation, and product quality.

Manage and grow KIOXIA’s hyperscale and data center accounts, negotiate quarterly business awards, develop account strategies, position NAND and SSD products, and build relationships with sourcing, engineering, and storage architecture stakeholders. The role requires extensive industry experience, strong business development and communication skills, organization, and travel within the United States and Asia.

Leads complex enterprise SSD failure investigations across applications, operating systems, hypervisors, PCIe, server hardware, SSD firmware, and NAND media. Reproduces failures, analyzes logs and telemetry, modifies debug firmware in C, investigates NVMe/PCIe protocol issues, improves SSD performance, drives cross-functional root-cause resolution, performs lab testing, and communicates findings through customer reports and technical white papers.
