Lead the Tribe's federal, state, and private grants portfolio; implement and enforce the Master Grants Policy; supervise embedded grant writers; manage submissions, budgets, reporting, and federal portal registrations; coordinate with compliance, finance, and program teams; represent the Tribe to federal partners and support governmental affairs (~20%).

Assist the Lead Teacher by supervising children indoors and outdoors, implementing lesson plans and Head Start curriculum, maintaining a clean safe classroom, communicating with parents, serving as bus monitor, and completing required health, safety, and background clearances and certifications.

Lead administration and enforcement of tribal commerce and tax laws. Supervise staff, prepare and monitor departmental budget, issue licenses and permits, ensure compliance and enforcement (including corporations and oil & gas), recover taxes and penalties, coordinate with tribal, local, state and federal entities, and provide reports and recommendations to the Tax Commission.
