Prepare and serve meals and beverages under the direction of the Certified Dietary Manager, assist with food prep and cooking, set up and pass trays, stock snack carts, buss and clean dining areas and kitchen, wash dishes, follow handwashing and food-safety procedures, and complete assigned special projects.

Provide resident assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, feeding, dressing), measure and record vital signs, document care in EMR, report condition changes, assist with transfers and mobility, perform physically demanding tasks, and complete a two-week hospitality aide introductory period prior to nurse aide training and certification.
