Own electrical and firmware design for legacy and next-generation emergency communication devices. Responsibilities include schematic capture, PCB layout, hardware bring-up, cellular and power architecture, embedded firmware, communication stacks, device-to-cloud integration, security, diagnostics, compliance certification, field-failure root cause analysis, manufacturing support, documentation, and mentoring junior engineers.

Coordinate and dispatch field technicians for commercial installations and service calls. Manage scheduling, labor resources, reporting, and customer communication to ensure timely completion. Monitor sales/installation records, assist forecasting, provide phone support and basic troubleshooting, and give performance feedback to improve technician efficiency.

Lead end-to-end operational delivery for field services, installations, onboarding, vendor and supply-chain management. Build project-management discipline, SOPs, KPIs, and safety/compliance. Manage field teams, vendor relationships, EMS transition, and align delivery capacity with sales.
