Maintain and secure on-premises and cloud servers, networks, identity, Microsoft 365, backups, telecom, and endpoints for a 24x7 emergency communications environment. Administer virtualization, SANs, firewalls, monitoring, incident response, SOC 2 controls, and create runbooks. Own projects from planning through go-live and provide after-hours callback support for critical issues.

Coordinate and dispatch field technicians for commercial installations and service calls. Manage scheduling, labor resources, reporting, and customer communication to ensure timely completion. Monitor sales/installation records, assist forecasting, provide phone support and basic troubleshooting, and give performance feedback to improve technician efficiency.

Lead end-to-end operational delivery for field services, installations, onboarding, vendor and supply-chain management. Build project-management discipline, SOPs, KPIs, and safety/compliance. Manage field teams, vendor relationships, EMS transition, and align delivery capacity with sales.
