Retain business-to-business customers by responding to cancellation risks, reviewing contracts and renewals, creating scopes of work and amendments, and addressing client needs. Maintain accurate account data across Salesforce, Sedona, Manitou, and other systems while providing product guidance, executing agreements, supporting process improvements, and delivering a strong customer experience.

Build and manage the Indianapolis sales territory by prospecting commercial and multifamily property management customers. Educate prospects on emergency monitoring and code-compliant video solutions, generate at least 30 new opportunities monthly, conduct frequent in-person and telephone outreach, attend networking events, and manage the full B2B sales cycle through closing. Maintain disciplined sales processes, develop partner relationships, and consistently expand industry and product knowledge.

Build and expand strategic partnerships across the West Region by prospecting new partners, developing existing relationships, executing growth plans, and generating referral opportunities for sales representatives. The role involves partner visits, trade shows, consultative relationship management, product education, onboarding coordination, CRM tracking, and progress reporting. Elevator industry experience and existing relationships with independent elevator companies are highly preferred.
