Own quality engineering for the LiftNet platform, including automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing integrated with CI/CD. Manage Xray and Version Matrix test frameworks, test data, environments, staging readiness, test labs, quality gates, release sign-off, and quality metrics. Partner with engineering, DevOps, and product management to prevent production defects while maintaining release velocity.

Owns LiftNet’s enterprise revenue growth, sales, business development, contracts, pricing governance, go-to-market strategy, marketing, partnerships, renewals, and commercial operations. The role leads pipeline discipline, CRM accuracy, proposal standards, legal coordination, solution engineering, and commercial team development while managing large enterprise deals across regulated industries.

Handle inbound customer calls and emails, troubleshoot emergency phone and video monitoring equipment, schedule service appointments, document interactions, educate customers, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns. The role requires clear communication, empathy, attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, computer proficiency, and the ability to work a regular 40-hour schedule in a high-volume support environment.
