Manage customer accounts and coordinate demand, orders, inventory, shipments, forecasts, and communications across internal departments. Maintain uninterrupted product supply, resolve data and manufacturing issues, support capacity and logistics planning, manage order changes, assist R&D and quality activities, issue credit and debit memos, and improve processes. The role requires customer service, demand planning, manufacturing, MRP/MPS, analytical, and communication skills.

Coordinates packaging product development projects from requirements through prototypes, customer trials, production implementation, and troubleshooting. Designs and tests product structures, tracks development activities, collaborates with R&D, sales, production, suppliers, and customers, and supports new technology implementation. The role may travel to customer plants for product trials and equipment optimization.

Produce and inspect photopolymer plates to meet schedules: operate and maintain platemaking equipment, prepare files, manage inventory, perform QC, package and ship, record production data, follow SOPs, and cross-train across shifts.
