Coordinate product development for packaging applications: design and test prototypes, track development records, support R&D and production transitions, work with suppliers, troubleshoot customer production issues, and provide project updates. May travel overnight to customer plants for trials and assist with training product development personnel.

Prepare and assemble final print-ready files, preflight customer artwork, perform typesetting and color/proof checks, step files to templates, support plate making, advise customers and staff on print pitfalls, develop workflows/automation, and ensure QA for high-quality flexographic printing output.
