Coordinates engineering project activities, resources, costs, schedules, contracts, and communications. Designs machine plans, modifications, parts, and layouts using CAD software. Supports existing product lines, monitors manufacturing technology, improves productivity and efficiency, and maintains current engineering practices. Requires an engineering degree or equivalent experience and seven years of progressively responsible manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in flexible packaging.

Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure uninterrupted product supply by coordinating forecasts, orders, inventory, shipments, manufacturing, logistics, and internal communications. Evaluate demand and usage data, resolve errors, support capacity and quality issues, manage order changes, issue credit and debit memos, assist with trials, and improve processes. The role requires customer service, demand planning, manufacturing knowledge, and occasional travel.

Prepare and assemble final print-ready files by preflighting customer artwork, manipulating vector files, typesetting, stepping to templates, working with color proofing, and enforcing QA standards. Communicate with customers and production staff, maintain production orders, and support workflow automation for high-quality flexographic print output.
