Coordinate product development for packaging applications: design and test prototypes, track development records, support R&D and production transitions, work with suppliers, troubleshoot customer production issues, and provide project updates. May travel overnight to customer plants for trials and assist with training product development personnel.

Prepare and assemble final print-ready files by preflighting customer artwork, manipulating vector files, typesetting, stepping to templates, working with color proofing, and enforcing QA standards. Communicate with customers and production staff, maintain production orders, and support workflow automation for high-quality flexographic print output.

Lead end-to-end design projects: communicate with clients, estimate and schedule jobs, create and proof designs, manage pre-press/RIP/print workflows, perform studio photography and 3D/360° e-commerce renderings, supervise interns, produce printer-ready files, create and roll out SOPs, and back up senior production leadership.
