Manage full AR cycle including invoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, collections, AR aging, sales tax reporting, lien waivers, cross-team collaboration, audit support, and process improvement to maintain cash flow and compliance.

Lead on-site execution of retail installation projects nationwide: manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, quality control, logistics, and client communication. Complete reports, photos, checklists, and expense management while working frequent nights, weekends, and extensive travel.

Coordinate client projects end-to-end: process purchase orders and sales orders in ERP, monitor schedules and timelines, prepare proposals/change orders, communicate with clients and internal teams, review quotes and details for accuracy, assist Account Manager, and provide occasional reception coverage.

Lead and direct a production work center, ensuring safety, on-time completion, and efficiency. Train and support team members, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, coordinate changeovers, maintain production tracking, and communicate status and issues to the Production Supervisor.
