Manage project document control and site administration, including SharePoint folders, client portals, filing systems, project records, reports, meetings, action tracking, and safety documentation. Support project setup, ISO compliance, audits, and continuous improvement of document management processes. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and health and safety teams while maintaining accurate and accessible project information.

Provide on-site project administration and document control: manage project SharePoint folders, control incoming project information, coordinate meetings and reports, maintain filing/archives, support Health & Safety audits, and liaise with contractors to improve document management processes.

Develop and maintain master schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project), integrate trade contractors' programmes, manage progress reporting and KPIs, perform time impact analyses, evaluate extension of time claims, lead commissioning schedules, and mentor junior staff across M&E construction projects.
