Lead project planning for major MEP construction projects across Ireland, UK and Europe. Develop and maintain Primavera/MS Project schedules, perform critical path and resource analysis, produce progress reports, manage risks, support delay/EoT claims, present updates, and mentor junior planners.

Coordinate multi-disciplinary MEP models for large M&E construction projects: manage clash detection in Navisworks/Revit, ensure compliance with BEP and ISO 19650, maintain CDEs, produce coordinated drawings and as-built models, support prefabrication and subcontractor model integration, and attend coordination meetings to deliver buildable solutions.

Manage all mechanical aspects of building services projects from startup through handover. Oversee technical submittals, scheduling, labour, materials, plant delivery, commissioning, progress reporting, subcontractor coordination, and document management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
