Lead end-to-end Facebook/Meta ad campaigns: set up, manage and scale high-budget campaigns, optimise via A/B testing and CRO, install tracking pixels, manage landing pages, produce high-converting creatives, report on performance and maintain ROAS/CPL targets while communicating results to clients and team.

Manage invoicing, incoming funds and reconciliation; collect overdue accounts and negotiate payments; research and respond to client disputes; coordinate debt collection; answer reception and greet clients; provide administrative support and assist team with ad hoc requests.
