Lead and supervise an electrical team, manage projects from blueprint to completion, perform and inspect installations, maintenance, and repairs, enforce safety and code compliance, and provide hands-on training to junior electricians and apprentices.

Lead development and execution of a comprehensive quality control program for construction and facilities maintenance projects. Conduct inspections and audits, maintain documentation and corrective action plans, provide technical guidance, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and oversee subcontractor quality performance.
