Leads apprenticeship strategy and operations for a regional workforce development organization. Manages apprenticeship development, compliance, reporting, employer engagement, proposals, training-provider partnerships, performance systems, and continuous improvement. Supervises Apprenticeship Program Coordinators, collaborates with workforce and community stakeholders, analyzes program data, supports recruitment and workshops, and develops solutions to address employer talent needs and expand access to quality careers.

The Quality & Training Manager oversees compliance monitoring, documentation, internal reviews, corrective actions, and regulatory reporting across workforce programs. The role identifies operational risks and training needs, develops compliance-focused learning strategies, supports external monitoring, maintains SharePoint resources, and partners with operational leaders to improve service delivery and reduce organizational liability.

Writes and assembles competitive grant proposals, letters of intent, concept papers, budgets, and funder reports. Researches government, foundation, and corporate funding opportunities; tracks submissions, awards, deadlines, and reporting requirements; and maintains grant documentation. Collaborates with program, operations, leadership, and finance teams to gather data, launch funded programs, develop budgets, and ensure compliance. Performs technical writing, editing, proofreading, prospect research, and grant award management across workforce, education, and community development initiatives.
