Manage KINEXON’s Munich warehouse and global shipping operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, customs, import/export documentation, and carrier coordination. Monitor shipments, handle logistics escalations, review freight invoices, maintain supply chain data, plan standard-item procurement, and improve warehouse and supply chain processes. The role requires hands-on warehouse participation, strong German and English skills, and onsite work four to five days weekly.

Manages the Munich warehouse and global hardware shipments, including receiving, dispatch, inventory control, picking, packing, customs, import/export documentation, transport coordination, shipment monitoring, procurement of standard items, invoice checking, SCM data maintenance, and process improvement. The role requires hands-on warehouse participation, strong Excel and Office skills, German and English fluency, and onsite work four to five days weekly.
