The Accountant will handle the bookkeeping for a designated company, collaborate with management, assist in financial reporting, and optimize financial processes in a tech environment.

The role involves developing the KINEXON Runtime Platform, focusing on backend services, REST APIs, Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools while collaborating with teams and mentoring other engineers.

Manage US finance, payroll, HR operations, and office administration for the Chicago office. Support month- and year-end close, tax and compliance (including Sales and Use Tax), semi-monthly payroll, commission payouts, onboarding/offboarding, and liaison with Germany People & Culture and external advisors to ensure compliant, efficient operations.
