Designs, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots resilient OT network infrastructure across industrial facilities, compressor stations, plants, and remote assets. Supports industrial protocols, SCADA and control-system communications, network segmentation, upgrades, monitoring, disaster recovery, cloud connectivity, and secure OT architecture. Collaborates with Automation, Controls, Operations, IT, security teams, vendors, and integrators. Provides on-call support and may travel occasionally to field locations.

Engineers and manages midstream facility and gas plant projects, including compressor station and processing projects. Develops scopes and cost estimates, manages schedules and budgets, coordinates construction and third-party contractors, supports operations, resolves technical issues, and ensures safety, regulatory, and customer requirements are met. The role also provides technical guidance, evaluates processes for continuous improvement, and manages multiple concurrent projects.

Supports and executes commercial strategy for gas, crude, and produced-water midstream businesses. Develops customer relationships, negotiates commercial agreements, supports transactions, reviews settlement statements, coordinates facility projects with engineering, and monitors industry and competitor trends. The role is based in Midland, Texas, with occasional customer and worksite travel and after-hours availability as needed.
