The General Ledger Accountant manages month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, and compliance with US GAAP. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports budgeting and forecasting, contributes to cost accounting activities, and improves accounting processes, systems, automation, and internal controls within a multi-plant manufacturing environment.

Manages strategic accounts to optimize profitability, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Develops expansion opportunities, new programs, and services; presents initiatives to senior leadership; monitors the food service equipment and water treatment markets; and leads business development and fulfillment teams. Builds customer relationships, provides technical product expertise, supports negotiations, and represents the Kinetico brand while achieving account revenue goals.

Manage Kinetico’s global product portfolio by developing roadmaps, value propositions, category strategies, and commercialization plans. Use customer research, market insights, competitive analysis, and technology trends to prioritize opportunities. Lead cross-functional portfolio projects, business cases, pricing strategies, compliance efforts, and regional alignment across markets. Analyze product performance and customer feedback while improving product capabilities and experiences. Collaborate with executive, sales, engineering, R&D, marketing, finance, supply chain, and support teams.
