Kinetic Games invites speculative applications from professionals across development, art, design, marketing, community management, and other disciplines. Successful applicants should demonstrate passion for gaming, especially horror, creativity, initiative, quality focus, communication, teamwork, and adaptability. The role is hybrid in Southampton, UK, with no visa sponsorship available and negotiable compensation based on position and experience.

Own player-facing UI and UX design across gameplay systems, menus, onboarding, progression, multiplayer, accessibility, live-service content, and VR. Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction systems; collaborate with designers, artists, programmers, QA, audio, and the Game Director; implement and iterate interfaces in Unity; improve usability and onboarding; and establish studio-wide UI/UX standards and workflows across PC, console, handheld, controller, and VR platforms.

The Senior Game Designer will develop and own multiplayer horror gameplay features and systems from concept through release. Responsibilities include creating design documentation, tuning mechanics and progression, balancing gameplay, identifying risks, collaborating with programming, art, audio, narrative, production, and QA, using Unity Editor tools, and incorporating player feedback and testing results into live-service updates.
