Analyzes organizational workflows, identifies root causes of operational challenges, maps current and future-state processes, and develops practical improvements. The role supports improvement project planning, implementation, change adoption, documentation, SOP development, process standardization, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and business functions.

Lead daily production execution for a custom trailer manufacturing operation. Responsibilities include planning labor, materials, schedules, and priorities; supervising Team Leads and production employees; monitoring labor hours and progress; enforcing safety, quality, procedures, and ERP transactions; coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Purchasing; onboarding and coaching employees; resolving production constraints; and supporting continuous improvement and operational readiness.

Design and modify custom trailer models and detailed drawings in SolidWorks, develop fabrication-ready designs, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, perform weight distribution calculations and design validation, support FEA, and review compliance with FMVSS, CMVSS, and transportation requirements. The role collaborates with engineering, production, sales, and manufacturing teams throughout the design and build process.

Supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a power user, translating business requirements into system solutions and improvements. Develops KPIs, dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytical tools using Power BI, Excel, and business data. Analyzes operational performance, validates data, supports ERP implementations and testing, documents workflows and reporting logic, and partners with functional teams on process integration, automation, and continuous improvement.

Supports manufacturing operations through production-floor assistance, material staging, kitting, equipment operation, housekeeping, shipping and receiving, inventory tracking, and warehouse organization. The role involves operating cranes, forklifts, lifts, and potentially a company vehicle to transport parts. Responsibilities also include shipment documentation, inspections, scheduling, labeling, stock rotation, and compliance with safety and PPE requirements.
