Perform incoming and in-process inspections, maintain traceability and inspection records, create and follow up on NCRs, conduct process audits and first-article verification, support root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and help reduce scrap/rework while enforcing quality system and safety requirements.

Provide on-site administration and support for Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and local network infrastructure; monitor system health, manage backups (Veeam), troubleshoot endpoints and connectivity, handle incidents and service requests, coordinate vendors, support manufacturing site technologies, maintain documentation, and promote secure computing and disaster recovery readiness.
