Lead and grow Kindred's product design and research team, own end-to-end web and mobile member experience, set design vision and strategy, build design systems and AI-native workflows, partner cross-functionally (product, engineering, marketing), and raise the craft and trust in a marketplace-driven consumer product.

Lead segment strategy, validation, and GTM for priority audiences. Design experiments to prove product-market fit by segment, translate insights into positioning and playbooks, and enable cross-functional teams to execute growth and retention initiatives.

Lead and build Kindred's lifecycle marketing function: design omni-channel member journeys (email, SMS, push, in-app, emerging channels), launch and optimize high-volume campaigns, partner cross-functionally to align product and brand, develop data-driven personalization and experimentation, hire and grow a team, and implement lifecycle infrastructure and playbooks to drive hosting, travel activation, and long-term member engagement.
