Manages the ecommerce site roadmap, Shopify merchandising, promotions, QA, reporting, A/B testing, SEO/GEO initiatives, contractors, and Asana workflows. Supervises a senior site merchandiser and coordinates launches, site improvements, product updates, campaign pages, performance reporting, and AI-assisted processes. This is a remote, fixed-term role supporting a five-month leave coverage period.

Own end-to-end U.S. accounting operations, including financial close, reporting, inventory, payroll, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls. Lead a small accounting team and external contractors while ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance and accurate multi-channel reporting. Modernize accounting through AI and automation for reconciliations, anomaly detection, and faster close timelines. Partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to provide insights, improve controls, and build scalable processes.
